Submit a ticket:

  • Go to help.cas.ilstu.edu
  • Click "Create ticket"
  • Tell us who you are
  • Describe your concern
  • Submit ticket and you are done!

You will receive e-mail confirmation and can check the status of your request.

Need Help?

Your local CAS-IT support person is usually your first contact for help. The best way to start your support process is to fill out a help ticket. Additionally, if your local support person is not available due to vacation or illness, another CAS-IT support person will be picking up the help tickets.
