Your local CAS-IT support person is usually your first contact for help. The best way to start your support process is to fill out a help ticket. Additionally, if your local support person is not available due to vacation or illness, another CAS-IT support person will be picking up the help tickets.
Instructions for connecting to the CAS-IT File Server
Web Services (formerly LILT) is the support area for online applications and web development college-wide. You can fill out a help ticket and indicate LILT as the support area instead of your department or you can email the LILT Director, Sarah Walczynski.
